As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory balances, reviewing and processing cycle count entries, and investigating transactions.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain accuracy of inventory balances
* Review and process cycle count entries
* Perform physical cycle count variance checks and investigate transactions
* Assist purchasing, receiving and A/P teams with resolving vendor nonconformances and receiving discrepancies
* Work with warehouse to review and process all open transfers
* Work with other branches to investigate and clear all transfer exceptions
* Expediting backup
* Other duties such as coordinating bin verifications, consolidations and updates

Requirements:

* Knowledge of Sx Enterprise computer system
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
* Forklift and OP experiences are required
* Additional training will be provided as required
