Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Warranty Claims Coordinator based out of our Brampton office.

This role involves working closely with the Warehouse, Safety, and Shop teams to manage the complete and accurate processing of warranty claims. As a key member of the Service Department, you will contribute to the operational efficiency of the team.

Responsibilities
  • Review daily truck repairs to determine which are covered under warranty and submit claims through manufacturer websites.
  • Track and document damaged inventory received from suppliers for reimbursement or credit.
  • Verify repair orders for accuracy, completeness, and legibility according to company policies and procedures.
  • Prevent duplicate claims by checking each repair order against the truck's service history.
  • Maintain records of all submitted claims, including status updates.
  • Provide daily reports to the service manager on claim status.
  • Analyze and prepare repair orders for resubmission after review of returned or rejected claims.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
  • Inventory management experience is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office required.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
