Executive Pastry Specialist

At Vintage Hotels, we are seeking a highly skilled Executive Pastry Specialist to join our team.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including profit sharing, complimentary meals each shift, and discounts on hotel stays and spa services.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing menu items specific to pastry based on the menu requirements daily. They will also assist Team Members when required to meet the cooking requirements, ensure the rotation of food stocks and perform inventory control functions, and check the kitchen function sheets daily to ensure that the food items are available and that special item menu requirements are attainable.

Requirements:

• 1-2+ years culinary experience (with a focus on pastry) in a fine dining establishment preferred
• Ability to work independently
• Current Safe Food Handler's Certificate
• Reliable transportation to Jordan Station
• Ability to work weekdays, weekends & holidays
