Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Overview:
Moyer Diebel Limited, a leading manufacturer of stainless-steel Commercial Dishwashers and glasswashers located in Niagara Region, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our company on a fixed-term contract with a possibility of extension.

Reporting to VP pf Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, online traffic, and lead generation;
- Manage and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings and user experience;
- Plan and execute advertisement campaigns to drive participation, support, and engagement;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for various marketing channels;
- Producing promotional and outreach materials;
- Design, build and maintain company's social media presence and develop strategies to increase engagement and followers;
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels;
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis;
- Track and report on digital marketing campaign performance, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Post-Secondary education in Digital Marketing;
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist;
- Strong knowledge and understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques;
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions;
- Project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines;
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills;
- Superior written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills for final content for web and print communications, including fluency in English grammar and spelling, and the ability to edit and proofread;
- Willingness and aptitude to keep current and learn new systems;
- Bi-Lingual (English/French) an asset;
- Experience with new AI technology;
- Self-driven and motivated to execute and learn;
- Ability to develop designs, graphics, and layouts for marketing materials in accordance with brand guidelines;
- Must be capable of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

**What we Offer**:

- Salary Range: $70,000 per year
