Job Description

Position Overview: As a Product Implementation Engineer at Trulioo, you will serve as a primary subject matter expert in your designated domain, providing advanced technical assistance to enterprise clients and partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, Account Management, and Data Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support developers integrating API and SDKs, including answering technical questions or equivalent software development experience.
  • Become the technical SME for Trulioo's Platform and Services, with a focus on Identity Document Verification.
  • Collect, diagnose, and summarize application issues and escalate to relevant stakeholders internally.
  • Create support Knowledge Base Articles and FAQs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure Trulioo maintains its position as a leading trusted expert in Identity Verification.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Trulioo products and services with attention to detail and adherence to SLAs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to build customer feedback loops and drive constant improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • In-depth knowledge of and experience with integrating and supporting development using RESTful APIs.
  • Working experience with Javascript, Node, and React.js (strongly desirable).
  • Ability to think critically, troubleshoot proactively, and solve complex problems while prioritizing tasks under pressure.
  • Strong aptitude to learn new technologies quickly.
  • High level of technical experience and skills in software troubleshooting, ad-hoc script writing, and documentation.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a role building, supporting, and troubleshooting front-end SaaS applications.
