Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at The Westin Resort & Spa Whistler. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and sales targets

Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, including corporate clients, associations, and meeting planners

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Collaborate with the conference services department to ensure maximization of available meeting space for group events

Conduct site inspections and provide feedback to ensure quality service delivery

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and/or Hotel Management degree or equivalent

Minimum 3 years previous work experience in a similar sales capacity

Previous experience within a world-class hotel brand is an asset

Ability to travel for trade shows, sales calls, and conferences

A valid passport will be required (with no restrictions)

A valid driver's license is required

Ability to provide a satisfactory criminal record check
