We are seeking a Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations department, you will play a critical role in supporting our organization's financial goals. Your expertise in financial planning, analysis, and coordination will enable us to make informed decisions, optimize our financial performance, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Prepare, monitor, and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare financial summaries for stakeholders.
  • Process Coordination & Compliance: Coordinate and improve financial workflows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and stay updated on relevant financial regulations.
  • Problem Solving & Critical Thinking: Assess and resolve financial issues independently, escalating when necessary, and evaluate current systems to suggest improvements or innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial coordination, analysis, or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices.
