Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely patient registration and admission services
  • Manage patient records, including demographic and medical information
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Operate switchboard and telephone systems to direct calls and messages
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Provide customer service and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure efficient and effective patient care
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a healthcare setting an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in MS Office and database software
