Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Good Earth Coffee Shop.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve food preparation methods and menu pricing.
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance to ensure excellent customer service.
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
- Recruit and supervise staff to maintain a high-performing team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- 3-4 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Permanent employment with 35 to 44 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
