Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-quality administrative support to our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, maintaining filing systems, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure timely ordering of necessary materials
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Provide exceptional customer service, respond to client inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional manner
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent experience in administration or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35-40 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will be a team player who can work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate attention to detail, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
