Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Sam Sandhu Computers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a strong understanding of the technology industry.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure optimal sales performance
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
- Determine strategic planning related to new product lines and identify opportunities for growth
- Establish and maintain organizational policies and procedures related to sales
- Lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts
- Organize and direct regional and divisional sales operations to achieve sales targets
- Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure a high-performing sales team
The Senior Sales Manager will supervise a team of 5-10 sales professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.

The Senior Sales Manager will work in a fast-paced sales environment and will be required to travel occasionally to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Requirements- 1-2 years of experience in sales leadership
- Strong understanding of the technology industry and sales strategies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
