Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at 1059945 Alberta Inc. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
    • Ensure that the store is well-stocked, visually appealing, and meets company standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure that customer feedback is collected and acted upon to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, highlighting sales trends, customer feedback, and operational issues.
    • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
