Key Responsibilities- Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 team members, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure excellent team performance.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Store Maintenance: Organize and maintain inventory, ensure store appearance and cleanliness, and perform other tasks as required to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
