We're seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Expo to join our team at Banff Hospitality Collective. As a Lead Expo, you will be responsible for leading a team of Expos and ensuring that orders are presented properly and in a timely manner to all guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Expos to achieve excellent customer service and order presentation
  • Ensure that orders are accurate and presented in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with the team and management to ensure seamless service
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Participate in training and development to improve skills and knowledge
