Lead Expo Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Expo to join our team at The Maple Leaf, a renowned downtown landmark in Banff. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for leading the Expo team and ensuring seamless service delivery to our guests.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the Expo team and ensure excellent service delivery to our guests
  • Manage orders and ensure timely presentation to guests
  • Develop and maintain a positive and productive team environment
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Previous Expo experience and a strong understanding of service standards
  • A positive and proactive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
