We're seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our team of Expos at The Maple Leaf, a renowned downtown landmark in Banff. As a Lead Expo, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, maintaining high standards of quality, and fostering a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the Expo team to achieve exceptional service standards
  • Ensure timely and accurate order presentation to guests
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest complaints
Requirements:
  • Previous Expo experience required
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
