Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Parts Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, recommending aftermarket auto parts and accessories, and working collaboratively with colleagues to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service experience, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Recommend aftermarket auto parts and accessories to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with colleagues to source, order, and deliver the right solutions for customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and technologies, and share knowledge with colleagues to enhance the customer experience.
  • Perform a variety of tasks throughout the store to ensure the team's success, including receiving and stocking inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in the automotive industry or sales, or currently enrolled in a post-secondary automotive program.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive manner.
  • Basic automotive knowledge is considered an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift items up to 50lbs.
