About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Parts Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and recommending aftermarket auto parts and accessories to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service experience
- Recommend aftermarket auto parts and accessories using your automotive knowledge
- Work collaboratively with fellow staff to source, order, and deliver solutions for our customers
- Continuously develop your automotive knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
- Perform a variety of tasks to ensure the team's success
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of automotive and/or sales experience preferred, or currently enrolled in a post-secondary automotive program
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly and positive manner
- Basic automotive knowledge is considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift items up to 50lbs
