Job Title: Facilities Operations Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Angus Consulting Management Limited Eastern. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for directing and controlling the operations of commercial facilities, evaluating their performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities
- Evaluate the operations of facilities and the included real estate
- Identify customers' needs and develop strategies to meet them
- Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility
- Plan and organize the operations of facilities and the included real estate
- Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility
- Assess clients' needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
- Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of goods or services
- Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or services
- Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services
- Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs
- Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems
- Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of real estate infrastructures, including machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems
- Plan, organize, and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal
- Troubleshoot problems related to equipment
Supervision:
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people.
