Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2654125 Ontario Ltd.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient food preparation and service procedures to meet customer demands.
- Supervise and train food service staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure food meets our high standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and delivery.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be expected to maintain a high level of physical fitness.
Language:English is the primary language of communication in this role.
