Job Title: Housekeeping Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Best Western Plus Revelstoke. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff
- Plan and implement housekeeping schedules and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and budgeting
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction and employee engagement
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in housekeeping or a related field
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
