Post Office Specialist Job Description

At London Drugs Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Post Office Specialist to join our team. As a Post Office Specialist, you will provide exceptional sales assistance and customer service in all departments of our stores, with a specific focus on the Post Office department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide sales assistance and customer service in all departments of the store, with a focus on the Post Office department.
  • Problem-solve and find solutions to customer mailing needs.
  • Perform inventory counts, merchandise, and maintain the professional sales image of the department.
  • Assist customers with mailing letters and parcels, PO boxes, and Venture One and other CPC transactions.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while providing quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.
Requirements:
  • Good interpersonal, motivational, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to cope with stress, pressure, and remain calm when dealing with difficult situations.
  • Basic PC knowledge.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, Monday to Sunday.
