About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Service Associate to join our team at Virgin Plus. As a Sales and Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and working collaboratively with our team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored solutions and exceptional customer experiences to our members
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
