Job Title: Post Office Specialist

At London Drugs, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Post Office Specialist to join our team. As a Post Office Specialist, you will provide exceptional sales assistance and customer service in all departments of our store, with a specific focus on the Post Office department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide sales assistance and customer service in the Post Office department, including mailing letters and parcels, assisting with PO boxes, and processing Venture One and other CPC transactions.
  • Perform inventory counts, merchandise, and maintain the professional sales image of the department.
  • Assist customers with problem-solving and finding solutions to their mailing needs.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, providing quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.
Requirements:
  • Good inter-personal, motivational, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to cope with stress, pressure, and remain calm when dealing with difficult situations.
  • Basic PC knowledge.
