We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Wilderly. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Operate cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
