We're looking for a seasoned Project Management Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Tech Operations group, you'll oversee the delivery of complex projects, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget forecasts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Leverage Agile methodologies to drive iterative development and continuous improvement.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project stakeholders, including engineers, designers, and QA teams.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, tracking progress, and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello.

Please note that salary ranges may vary based on location and other factors. We offer a competitive salary range of $140,700 - $204,700 USD annually in California, depending on location. In New York, the range is $125,300 - $204,700 USD annually, also dependent on location. For Jersey City, NJ, the range is $164,800 - $204,700 USD annually, while in Colorado, it's $131,000 - $174,800 USD annually. In Washington, the range is $125,300 - $198,100 USD annually, and in British Columbia, it's $115,100 - $161,200 CAD annually.
