Salary
$90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
The Project Manager will play a critical role in leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to create and manage projects that drive business value and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, monitor, and close large projects with complex scope, multiple work streams, and interdependencies
- Effectively manage and report on risks and mitigation, scope, budget, and timelines
- Develop relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet timeline and business objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or business
- PMP and Scrum certification considered an asset
- 3+ years of project management and industry work experience
- Familiarity with IT SDLC processes (waterfall and agile) and compliance requirements such as PCI & SOX
- Ability to manage project budgets, including capital and expense costs
- Strong leadership, sound judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Aptitude to learn and manage change
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
