Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Alberta Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
- Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and budget planning.
- Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
Requirements:
- Experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
