Merchandising Supervisor

The Merchandising Supervisor plays a critical role in leading the Coke Canada's Merchandising team within the Vancouver LML territory. This position is responsible for translating strategic priorities into operational execution in Coke Canada's customers' stores. The Supervisor will work closely with customers, including national and local grocery chains and mass merchandisers, to ensure our products are executed to the company's standards and capture maximum sales.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of Merchandisers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of sales strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate and optimize customer service levels based on company guidelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor adherence to execution standards and customer satisfaction through regular store visits and performance metrics.
- Schedule team members to meet the demands of the business, flexing labour to match volume and ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Manage team performance within labour and operating budget, driving efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate daily with internal Sales and Customer Operations partners to ensure alignment on all initiatives and drive business results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years progressive Sales experience, with a focus on account management and customer service.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales strategies and customer relationships, with a strong understanding of business systems and processes.
- Strong business acumen, including an understanding of budgets and operating costs, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
- Customer-focused with proven relationship-building strengths, able to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results.
- Proven collaboration skills, with the ability to gain consensus through personal influence and lead cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to invite diverse perspectives, promote an inclusive work environment, and support workforce diversity.
- Accomplished team-builder, skilled at inspiring, motivating, and developing people to achieve business objectives.
- Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product, with a valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
