As a key member of the Giorgio Armani Canada Corporation team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, providing an exceptional client experience, and building strong talent within the Armani Exchange Outlet store. Your ability to combine entrepreneurial spirit, passion for the brand, and knowledge of the luxury/retail business with organizational skills to manage the store will greatly influence the client and associate experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide input on merchandising strategies to drive revenue and improve store performance.
- Lead by example and with integrity, collaborate with the team, and be accountable for ensuring appropriate communications are cascaded throughout the team.
- Drive sales by ensuring a well-organized stockroom and strong merchandise flow practices, markdown execution, stock accuracy, and supplies and facilities management.
- Supervise teams, direct team members, monitor performance, and ensure safety.
- Plan and strategize to drive business, fine audit/analysis, and administrative tasks.
- Minimum Two (2) years of experience in similar retail shipping & receiving management.
- College/Post-Secondary degree preferred.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to influence partners and motivate team.
- Proficiency with Retail Systems and Office programs, i.e. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Open availability and able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
