We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Project Lead to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing the impact of new model introductions on warehouse space, packaging, labor, transportation, and inventory.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and propose solutions to optimize costs related to parts transportation, packaging, inventory management, logistics labor, and warehousing capacity.
- Collaborate with local teams to maintain finished goods inventory in a FIFO concept.
- Develop and implement project plans to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to keep logistical knowledge up to date for electric vehicles.
- Communicate complex information to various audiences and build presentations to drive business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations/logistics management, or a relevant field.
- 5-10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a relevant field.
- Experience in project management and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual, with an advanced level of English and French (Spanish is an asset).
- Excellent command of PowerPoint, Excel, and project management software.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team.
