About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Project Lead to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing the impact of new model introductions on warehouse space, packaging, labor, transportation, and inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and propose solutions to optimize costs related to parts transportation, packaging, inventory management, logistics labor, and warehousing capacity.
  • Collaborate with local teams to maintain finished goods inventory in a FIFO concept.
  • Develop and implement project plans to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to keep logistical knowledge up to date for electric vehicles.
  • Communicate complex information to various audiences and build presentations to drive business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations/logistics management, or a relevant field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a relevant field.
  • Experience in project management and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual, with an advanced level of English and French (Spanish is an asset).
  • Excellent command of PowerPoint, Excel, and project management software.
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team.
