Harvesting Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Harvesting Labourer to join our team at Empire of the Sun Farms Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, colour and volume to fetch high prices in the market.
- Clean and maintain greenhouses to ensure optimal growing conditions.
- Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops to ensure healthy growth and high yields.
- Fertilize and spray crops to promote healthy growth and prevent pests and diseases.
- Harvest crops at the right time to ensure optimal quality and freshness.
- Load, unload and transfer crates, supplies and farm produce, livestock and poultry safely and efficiently.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Examine products for quality and readiness for the market to ensure customer satisfaction.
- No degree, certificate or diploma required.
- Will train on the job.
- Permanent work term.
- English language required.
- 40 hours per week.
