Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team at ViziRecruiter, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing MRI scans on our state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring patient and personnel safety, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform MRI scans on both our Philips 1.5T Achieva scanner and our 3.0T Siemens Skyra scanner.
  • Ensure patient and personnel safety during MRI procedures.
  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of cross-sectional anatomy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques.
Requirements
  • Completion of a recognized post-diploma program in MRI or equivalent with MRI certification.
  • Registration with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) preferred.
  • Registration with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO) required.
  • Minimum six (6) months' recent clinical MRI experience required.
  • Contrast injection course and experience with IV insertion and injection of contrast media.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Good attendance and performance records with the ability to maintain these same standards.
