Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team at ViziRecruiter, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing CT and general radiography exams, ensuring high-quality images and excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform CT and general radiography exams, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and experience.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies.
Requirements
  • Current CMRITO registration, Radiology designation.
  • Registration with CAMRT or OAMRS is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 – 3 years of hospital radiology experience.
  • Recent CT experience is preferred.
  • CTIC is an asset; must be willing to begin working toward CT certification within the next year, provide evidence of current enrollment, or have at least 5 years of CT experience.
  • Proficient in IV access and administration of contrast media or recent certification.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated good attendance and performance records with the ability to maintain these same standards.
  • Demonstrated commitment to a healthy and safe workplace for self and others (staff, patients, families, etc.) by taking all reasonable precautions and working in compliance with hospital-related policies, health/safety/CNSC legislation and best practices and completing relevant mandatory education as required.
