As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for handling daily transactions, opening and closing personal and commercial accounts, processing banking transactions, promoting financial products and services, storing, updating and retrieving financial data, and answering clients' inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Transactions: Balance daily transactions, ensure accurate record-keeping, and maintain the integrity of our financial systems.
  • Account Management: Open and close personal and commercial accounts, process account applications, and provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients.
  • Financial Data Management: Store, update, and retrieve financial data accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction, maintain high levels of productivity, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. If you have experience in customer service, banking, or a related field, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in customer service, banking, or a related field
