Food Service Team Lead

Rick's Place Restaurant Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of food service staff to ensure efficient and high-quality meal preparation and service. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Quality Control:
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Customer Service:
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare food order summaries for chef
- Education:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience:
- 2 years to less than 3 years
- Permanent position
- English language required
- 40 hours per week
