Job Summary:

The Office Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, scheduling, and preparing reports.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including time sheets, payroll, and inventory.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office, accounting software, and computerized bookkeeping systems.
Work Environment:

The Office Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
