Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Hegyi Refrigeration. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, providing administrative support to our team, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate office activities, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and event planning
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks, including payroll, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
- Develop and implement procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
