Operations Manager Role

The Operations Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company. This includes managing a team of 30 staff members, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, coaching/mentoring, and performance evaluations
    • Foster a positive company culture and promote a collaborative team environment
  • Operational Excellence
    • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
  • Compliance and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
    • Develop, implement, and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures
  • Performance Management
    • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
    • Provide regular reports to senior management on operational performance and progress towards goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or electrical engineering
  • Several years of progressively responsible experience in a senior management/operations management role
  • P&L experience and strong leadership and management skills
  • Results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
