Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Piercing Studio Lead to oversee all aspects of our piercing studio. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, increasing profitability, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Responsibilities
  • Oversee the piercing customer journey from start to finish, ensuring seamless service and a positive experience for our customers.
  • Manage all aspects of the piercing studio, including inventory, equipment, and staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability, while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Collaborate with our Visual Lead to create visually appealing displays and product arrangements that drive sales and engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team to ensure we're always delivering the latest and greatest in body piercing and jewelry.
  • Work closely with our Store Manager and Store Services team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in body piercing and jewelry, with a strong focus on customer service and sales.
  • Geography-specific Piercing License, or ability to obtain one.
  • Experience working with internally threaded 2-piece piercing jewelry, and knowledge of high-quality jewelry, metals, and gemstones.
  • Up-to-date First Aid and Blood-borne Pathogens OSHA Certifications.
  • Experience working with autoclaves and other piercing equipment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
