At Intact Lab, we're passionate about creating human-centered experiences that are clear, functional, and meet business objectives. We're looking for a Manager, Creative Studio & Communications to join our team and help us achieve this goal.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, content creation, and digital communications, with a minimum of 10 years of experience and 3 years of team management. They will be able to translate business objectives into clear team and individual objectives, build strong relationships with product development teams, and develop productive and engaged teams.
The Manager, Creative Studio & Communications will be responsible for managing a shared services team that contributes to creating human-centered experiences. They will work closely with stakeholders to adapt solutions, tools, and processes to meet the needs of product development teams.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about creation, copywriting, and communication, stimulated by challenges, and creative, curious, and resourceful. They will be able to explain their ideas to various stakeholders, be organized and proactive, and comfortable working in a constantly evolving technological environment.

We're looking for a Manager, Creative Studio & Communications who is a change agent, able to challenge the status quo and adapt to a constantly evolving technological environment. If you're passionate about creation, copywriting, and communication, and have a strong background in graphic design, content creation, and digital communications, we'd love to hear from you.
The Manager, Creative Studio & Communications will be responsible for:
- Managing a shared services team that contributes to creating human-centered experiences
- Translating business objectives into clear team and individual objectives
- Building strong relationships with product development teams
- Developing productive and engaged teams
- Mentoring team members regarding their career development
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, technology, or any combination of equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in graphic design, content creation, and/or digital communications
- Minimum of 3 years of team management
- Experience working in a collaborative environment that values teamwork, innovation, open-mindedness, and fun
- Experience in project management and knowledge of agile product delivery
- Bilingualism (French/English) to interact with colleagues across the country
