About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Piercer to join our team at Mejuri. As a Senior Piercer, you will play a key role in our Piercing Studio, working closely with our customers to provide exceptional service and ensure a seamless piercing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance customer service and satisfaction by providing expert piercing services and guidance.
• Collaborate with our team to increase profitability and drive business growth.
• Develop and maintain a safe and hygienic working environment, adhering to the highest standards of health and safety protocols.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring our customers receive the latest and greatest piercing options.
• Work closely with our store services and operations teams to ensure seamless studio operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of needle piercing experience.
• Geography-specific Piercing License.
• Up-to-date certifications in First Aid and Blood-borne Pathogens.
• Experience working with autoclaves.
• Understanding of local market piercing laws.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety protocols in piercing procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
