About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Piercer to join our team at Mejuri. As a Senior Piercer, you will play a key role in our Piercing Studio, working closely with our customers to provide exceptional service and ensure a seamless piercing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance customer service and satisfaction by providing expert piercing services and guidance.
- Collaborate with our team to increase profitability and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain a safe and hygienic working environment, adhering to the highest standards of health and safety protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring our customers receive the latest and greatest piercing options.
- Work closely with our store services and operations teams to ensure seamless studio operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of needle piercing experience.
- Geography-specific Piercing License.
- Up-to-date certifications in First Aid and Blood-borne Pathogens.
- Experience working with autoclaves.
- Understanding of local market piercing laws.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety protocols in piercing procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
