Rental Administrator Role

Aureus Energy Services Inc. is a leading provider of heating and water transfer services in Northern Alberta, committed to safety and environmental responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage rental and fleet administration for the Water Transfer Division, ensuring efficient tracking and reporting to minimize costs.
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, including onboarding, communication, and monitoring of payment terms and credit.
  • Process purchase orders for materials and services, ensuring accurate tracking and reconciliation of vendor statements.
  • Review and manage vehicle alerts and status via Geotab, maintaining accurate records and communicating with relevant teams.
  • Perform daily pre-trip reviews, maintenance tracking, and file de-mob and pre-mob inspections to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Collaborate with the Controller to ensure accurate and timely data entry, coding, and reconciliation of invoice information.
  • Assist with month-end and closing out rental PO's, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is an asset.
  • Relevant accounts payable experience and knowledge of accounting ERP software, field service software, and invoice processing software.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a diverse and team-oriented environment.
