Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for designing and constructing data warehouses, data marts, and cubes. They will perform extensive testing, create ETL jobs, and troubleshoot issues in databases and ETL packages to ensure data accuracy and performance. Additionally, they will coordinate with team members and managers to translate business needs into technical solutions and develop data entity structures, star schemas, measures, and cubes.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will require a bachelor's degree in a computer-related field and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Snowflake or SQL Server database administration, including database monitoring and performance tuning. You will also need experience developing ETL processes loading data warehouses/data marts and utilizing Kimball or Inmon methods of data warehousing. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills, are essential.
