**Ren's Pets is looking for a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team.**

As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our stores are always stocked with the right products at the right time.

You will work closely with the Purchasing Manager and cross-functional teams to contribute to the company's growth and inventory objectives through expert management of stock movements based on product demand and item fulfillment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and monitor inventory between warehouses and stores to ensure seamless product availability.
  • Collaborate with the Demand Planning team to develop and execute stock replenishment strategies, ensuring optimal stock levels and availability for customers.
  • Analyze supply chain performance to identify improvement opportunities and drive efficiency.
  • Develop and present actionable inventory optimization strategies designed to boost shelf presence, increase sales, and capitalize on new growth opportunities.
  • Track and forecast inventory trends to enhance decision-making and anticipate future needs.
  • Monitor seasonal, promotional, and end-of-life inventory to ensure proper handling.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in purchasing, inventory management, or a related role.
  • A Degree or Diploma in Administration, Procurement, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analyzing data and turning it into meaningful insights.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
