Retail Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Manitoba Inc. as a Retail Store Manager.
About the RoleAs a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team and contribute to the success of our company.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in retail management, with a strong background in sales, customer service, and team leadership. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 3-4 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field an asset.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on sales, customer service, and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
As a Retail Store Manager at Manitoba Inc., you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive benefits, including medical and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
