Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K convenience Store. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate our sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assign Sales Workers: Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to ensure seamless store operations.
- Hire and Train: Recruit, train, and develop new staff members to meet our store's needs.
- Authorize Payments: Manage and authorize payments, including cheques, to ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Order Merchandise: Source and purchase merchandise to meet customer demand and maintain store inventory levels.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize labor costs.
- Sell Merchandise: Engage with customers, promote products, and drive sales growth.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure efficient stockroom processes.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Work Under Pressure: Manage stress and pressure while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Handling Heavy Loads: Lift, move, and handle heavy merchandise and equipment.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and ensure store appearance.
- Combination of Sitting, Standing, Walking: Perform a variety of tasks while standing, sitting, and walking.
