Key Responsibilities

The Research Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of clinical trials, including:

  • Managing trial documentation, including informed consent forms and study protocols;
  • Coordinating the distribution of trial-related materials and supplies to investigational sites;
  • Maintaining accurate records of trial-related activities and ensuring compliance with GCP and local regulatory requirements;
  • Working closely with the Local Trial Manager and Site Manager to ensure seamless trial execution;
  • Providing training and support to investigational site staff as needed;

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the clinical trial process, excellent communication and organizational skills, and experience working in a matrix environment. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Explorer, and PowerPoint, is essential.
