As a Mortgage Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing and sales programs to drive business results. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referral networks and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- BUILD RELATIONSHIPS: Cultivates, builds, and manages relationships with a referral network to build a pipeline of new mortgage business and increase BMO's share of the home financing market.
- EXECUTE MARKETING STRATEGY: Develops and executes effective marketing and sales programs to drive business results.
- ANALYZE DATA: Analyzes data and information to provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
- DELIVER CUSTOMER SERVICE: Delivers exceptional customer service that builds trust through expertise, responsive service, and support.
- MANAGE OPERATIONS: Completes all necessary transactions in compliance with guidelines and other requirements to maintain operational integrity.
- THINK CREATIVELY: Thinks creatively and proposes new solutions to improve business outcomes.
- EXERCISE JUDGMENT: Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
