Job Description:

The Construction Operations Specialist will be responsible for operating heavy equipment on our civil construction sites, including excavators, graders, and other machinery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintaining equipment in good working condition
  • Conducting pre-trip inspections and reporting any issues
  • Working with foremen to perform various tasks, including excavations, utility installations, grading, and more
  • Communicating effectively with team members and site management

This is a unionized position, offering a competitive hourly rate of $41.03, plus 13% vacation pay. Our team is dedicated to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
